Just Booked… What Now?
Hi there! I’m so excited to be working with you soon! If you’ve never had a photoshoot with me before, don’t worry! I’m here to help you navigate this exciting process.
What to Expect:
After submitting your info on the contact page, I will likely be in touch with you the same or next day via email or phone number (whichever you list as your preferred contact method).
After we get in contact, we will discuss and finalize a date, time, and location for your photoshoot! During this time, you can send me any inspiration pictures you have, as well as letting me know if you have any preferences regarding editing, specific compositions, or anything else you would like to include or things for me take into account while shooting and delivering your final photographs. If you prefer options to choose from, you can visit the next page for location options, outfit tips, and more. If you don’t have any preferences, I will take care of everything!
For our photoshoot together, we will meet at the discussed location, and before we begin shooting, we can discuss poses, when or if to change outfits, and other technicalities that we discussed previously over email or text. Try to make it to the discussed location 10-15 minutes early (I will do the same) to avoid traffic jams, unexpected delays etc.
Depending on the type of photoshoot, you can expect your photos to be delivered between 1 and 14 days after we shoot together! Before I edit all of your pictures, I will send you a few samples to make sure you are happy with the editing style. If you aren’t or would like some adjustments, feel free to let me know and I will re-edit them until you are happy with them. Once I edit all of your photos, I will email and text you a Lightroom and/or Google Photos link where you can download your final photos onto your phone, computer, or any other device.
Policies and Reminders:
Deposit and Cancellation Policies:
I require a 25% deposit the day of confirmed booking via Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal.
50% of your deposit will be refunded if you cancelled within 30 days of your scheduled shoot.
No deposit refund if cancelled within 14 days. This covers the time I had set aside planning your shoot that could have been used for other clients.
Rescheduling Policies:
A one time reschedule without an additional charge before 48 hours of shoot is provided.
After one time free reschedule or within 48 hours of shoot, a $30 rescheduling fee applies.
Reschedulings because of unwilling weather for outside sessions, genuine health issues, or family emergencies will not be charged or counted against the one time free reschedule.
If, while unlikely, there is a rescheduling that needs to happen on my end, due to illness or other emergencies, you will not be charged. You will also receive a 10% discount on the remaining 75% of your payment that will be made.
Payment Policy:
The other 75% payment is due at least an hour before the photoshoot. If paying with cash or check, the payment can be made in person before we begin the photoshoot.
If payment is late, a 5% late fee will be added every day until payment.
Arrival Time/Late Arrival Policy:
Try to make it to a shoot 10-15 minutes before the scheduled time to avoid unforseen circumstances, such as traffic.
A late fee of $25 will be charged if you arrive more than 20 minutes after the scheduled time.
No-Show Policy:
No-shows without prior communication will forfeit their deposit as compensation and will need to rebook with a new deposit if desired.
